These terms govern the use of Colony Tycoon. By creating an account you accept them.
1. The service
Colony Tycoon is a free-to-play, single-player management game played in the browser. It is in development: rules, balance and content may change, and progress may be reset during test phases.
2. Your account
You must be at least 14 years old. Your account is personal: keep your password safe and do not share it. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
3. Fair play
- Do not use bots, scripts or tools that play for you or modify the game.
- Do not exploit errors: if you find one, tell us at info@vdocks.com.
- Do not try to access other players' data or attack the service.
If these rules are broken, we may reset progress or suspend the account.
4. Virtual items
Coins, resources, Solari and everything else in the game are a licence to use them within the game only. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred outside the game. Purchases are governed by the purchase terms.
5. Availability
We work to keep the game available, but we cannot guarantee it will always be free of interruptions or errors. We may stop offering the game with reasonable notice.
6. Changes and applicable law
We may update these terms; if the change is important we will let you know in the game. They are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the rights consumers have under the law of their country of residence.
