Colony Tycoon is free. These terms apply only if you choose to buy Solari, the game's premium currency.
1. Seller
The seller is Andrés Morón Campanario, tax ID 44199704Y, contact info@vdocks.com.
2. What you buy
Solari are digital content that can only be used in the game, for example to speed up research, works or production. They have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another account.
3. Price and payment
The price, with taxes included, is shown before you pay. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
4. Delivery
The Solari are added to your colony as soon as the payment is confirmed.
5. Right of withdrawal
Because Solari are digital content delivered immediately, before paying you expressly agree to receive them at once and acknowledge that you therefore lose the 14-day right of withdrawal, as allowed by consumer law.
6. Problems with a purchase
If you paid and did not receive your Solari, or you were charged twice, write to info@vdocks.com and we will fix it or refund you.
