Advertising helps keep Colony Tycoon free. This page explains how it works in the game.
1. Rewarded videos
In some places the game offers to watch a video ad in exchange for a reward, such as finishing a production batch at once. Watching is always optional: you can also use Solari or simply wait. There is a daily limit of videos.
The reward is given by the game when the video ends, not by the advertiser or by Google. If the video does not load (for example because of an ad blocker), you do not lose anything.
2. Banners
Some management pages may show banners. They will never appear over your colony while you are building.
3. Ads and your data
Ads are served by Google. Personalised ads are only shown if you consent to them; otherwise ads are not personalised. See the privacy policy and the cookie policy.
